Junk Cars Buyers High Offer is a Chicago junk car buyer. We buy junk, wrecked and scrap cars, tow them for free, and pay the seller at pickup. We're a service-area business: we come to the car, anywhere in our pickup area.
What we do
We buy cars that are past being worth fixing: cars that don't run, wrecks, salvage cars, and rusted or stripped cars that are only worth their metal. You send the details, we call within 15 minutes with an offer, and if you take it we tow the car for free, often the same day. You're paid when the car is collected.
No title? We can still help. Say which papers you do have: a bill of sale, the registration, an insurance card. Illinois law, not us, decides which of those can stand in for a title on a scrap sale, and we'll tell you where you stand when we call.

About the name
"High Offer" is part of our name, not a promise that we'll always pay more than anyone else. Nobody can honestly promise that for every car, and a buyer who does is a buyer to check carefully. What we promise is a straight number for your car, free towing, and payment at pickup.
Why this site tells you how to compare buyers
Most people sell a junk car once or twice in their lives, and the business is full of adverts with big "up to" numbers that don't survive the tow truck. We'd rather you knew how to judge an offer, including ours, than took the first number you heard.
